PROSPECTIVE INCOMING Pre-School through 6th Grade Student at Saint Dominic Catholic School

 

 

Prospective Student Admission Application (found beneath the  Documents Tab to the right) 
  1. Click on the form indicated.
  2. Complete the information.
  3. Complete one form per student.

  2. You will be notified that your Registration has been successfully completed.

 

CURRENT Pre-K through 5th Grade Catholic Student at Saint Dominic Catholic School

 

Pre-Enrollment Parish (found beneath the Documents Tab to the right)

 

  1. Click on the form indicated.
  2. Complete the information.
  3. Submit your family’s application and the nonrefundable enrollment fee of $100 by the enrollment period deadline.

 

CURRENT Pre-K through 5th Grade Non-Catholic Student at Saint Dominic Catholic School

 

Pre-Enrollment (Non-Parish) (found beneath the Documents Tab to the right)

 

  1. Click on the form indicated.
  2. Complete the information.
  3. Submit your family’s application and the nonrefundable enrollment fee of $100 by the enrollment period deadline.

 

PRESCHOOL THROUGH 6TH GRADE ADMISSION POLICY

In as much as the parishioners of St. Dominic Catholic Church are the principal contributors to the financial support of St. Dominic School, their children have prior right to admittance.  However, the school does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, or national origin.  The following is the admissions policy at St. Dominic School:

  1. All students currently enrolled at St. Dominic School, preschool through 6th grade.
  2. St. Dominic parishioner siblings of currently enrolled students.
  3. Registered active parishioner families.
  4. Catholic non-parishioner siblings of currently enrolled students.
  5. Non-Catholic siblings of currently enrolled students.
  6. Catholic non-parishioner families.
  7. Non-Catholic families.
