Thank you for all your help in gathering the items for our Me Museum. It was a huge success!

Here are examples of students’ work from our collage table and drawing area. Students are free to create at these areas and choose how to use the materials available. We also have writing time as part of our schedule every day. During writing time, students are focused on drawing from an example I have provided, then adding kid writing. Having both a time to freely create and a more structured drawing lesson, allows students to develop their skills and creativity. 

We began using Play Doh recently, and it has been very popular! We are developing creativity and strengthening the muscles in our hands and fingers needed for good fine motor control.
